New Orleans, LA. The year was 1976. My teachers from Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, AZ invited me to take a trip from Tucson to New Orleans. Mr. Ron Cruz and Jane Cruz, teachers of the institution, and their son Betito and daughter Elida and I took this wonderful trip down the Mississippi River.
In 1977, while a student at the University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona, we took a small vacation during spring break. We drove to this destination by car a group of students to relax from the long hours of classes at the University. This pictures was taken at Kino Bay, Sonora, Mexico.
The year was 1979. I was attending the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. My dad, Armando Camacho, Sr., Yukie Takemoto, a friend and a resident from the Internation House where I also was a resident, and my mother Alicia Orduno were posing in front of my parents house in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico
My niece Erica Adamec. This picture was taken during Christmas. Her family came to visit me here in El Paso, TX. We had a great time. She was very happy because she got a lot of presents.

This is my mom's house in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. We moved to this house when I was attending school in Cananea - Academia de Ingles de Cananea. The school is just one block away. This is a four bedroom house, two baths and a large back yard. When I come visit Cananea, I enjoy staying in this house. I still have my bedroom here, just like I left more than 34 years ago.
During Christmas, cousins gathered to play games in the afternoon hours. These cousins had not seen each other for almost a year. They came from Phoenix, AZ, Monterrey, NL, Mex., Indianapolis, IN, and El Paso, TX
Another activity that we enjoyed as a family, we would all gather around the family tv and watch movies after movies. We came to visit and relax. In Cananea, Sonora there are not too many things one can do since it is a small town. When we gather, we enjoy having each other's company because it will be at least another year we are all together again.
During the winter time in Cananea, vehicles are covered with snow. These three vehicles belong to my sisters Sandra Alicia and Norma Leticia. They are parked in the backyard of my mom's house.

Alexandro Camacho playing with Martha's dog named Sasha. This dog is only a puppy and is growing very fast. When I go to Cananea, he stills recognized me even if I do not go for over a year, he does not bark at me. He is the watch dog and does not let anybody inside the yard. He is an outside dog. He eats plenty of food and enjoys playing.
During Easter time, my mother and her grandchildren payed a visit to my sister in Monterrey, NL, Mex. They drove from Cananea to Hermosillo to catch the plane there. The plane ride took two hours non-stop.
During my mom's stay in Monterrey, they took a break at one of the malls and had some lunch. My mom with her grandchild, Paola Araujo. I am wondering what Paola is thinking with that look!

My sister Letty with her new puppy "Paquita". Letty takes her puppy everywhere she goes. She drives frequently from Cananea to Hermosillo and her puppy is there with her. My sister likes to spend the weekends in Hermosillo, Sonora.
This is the Araujo - Camacho Family. My sister Rosalva, her daughters Yvette and Paola and her husband Juan Araujo. They live in Monterrey, N.L., Mex.

This is my sister Sandra Alicia. She is the youngest of all my sisters. She has worked very hard as a bilingual teacher in Cananea, Sonora. She teaches elementary school called Instituto Americano de Cananea. She has two great sons. She likes country line dance and teaches line dance on her physical education class.
Here is my sister Sandra Alicia. She is a very strong person. She has gone through some very strong surgeries but she is a fighter. She will not give up easily. Everytime I go visit her in Cananea, Sonora, she goes the extra mile to make me happy. She is very active and serious on her work. When she was ten years only I took her to Disneyland and she was the happiest little girl in the world.

This Picture was taken after my open heart surgery. This is the first time I visited my family after my recovery. On a trip to Cananea, I found my sister Letty had a new pet. I had the opportunity to play with Paquita. She is a very friendly puppy and everybody loves having her around. She is an inside dog.

Alicia Orduno de Camacho was voted for queen of the Senior Citizen Center in Cananea, Sonora. She has been active as treasurer, secretary and other duties at the center. They travel to different places in the state of Sonora.
My sister Rosalva came to visit Cananea. This pictures was taken at my sister Letty's house in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mex. They seem to be enjoying a good lunch.
Alex Camacho is a dad of two beautiful girls. He works hard to support his family.
On a trip to Cananea we stopped at a place called "El Puerto de Cananea". At this time an eighteen wheel truck was passing by and we did that sign and he blew his horn.
Family in Sierra Vista, Aizona. Most of the family had a reunion in this town between Tucson, Arizona and Cananea, Sonora. They seen to be enjoing their trip.
This is my sister Sandra Alicia.She looks at life with a positive attitude. God gave her a second chance to live. She looks after her sons very closely and provides them with anything they need. Her two sons are model sons. They are very well educated and polite. Her olders son is now attending the University of Sonora in Hermosillo, Sonora,She had been doing a great job as a mom.
My sister Sylvia reading a book before going to sleep. They have traveled around the world and enjoy taking cruises in the Mediterranean and the Carabean. They have traveled to China, Europe, and South America.
My brother-in-law Eric Adamec and my sister Sylvia. I hope to visit them soon. After a long day at work they go for walks with their dogs. It gets very cold in the winter time and they have a lot of tornados.

One of my visits to Cananea, we stopped at a taco place by the highway. The tacos were very good. After dinner we went to visit relatives that I had not seen for a while. Everytime I visit Cananea, I try to visit my cousins, aunts, uncles, sisters, my mom, and close friends.
During a Christmas break from High School, I came to visit my family for the first time since I left Cananea. It was a wonderul feeling reuniting with my family. We had a great time. I invited my cousin Ceci Zozaya to come with me to Cananea. She lived in Tucson, AZ. She is the one in the back.

I had just bought this minivan for traveling. The year was 1986 and I had been working as a programmer for two years. I lived on the Eastside of town. I took several trips on this van. We traveled to California, Texas, Nevada, as well in Mexico in the states of Chihuahua, Sonora, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas.
The year was 1975. The Camacho-Orduno and the Orduno-Bronn had a family reunion. The entire family was present. My great grandmother Tanita, my grandparents Alfonso Orduno and Guadalupe Orduno, my parents Armando Camacho,Sr. and Alicia Orduno, my sisters and my first cousin.
